NYC artist Dan Miz has released a new collection of R&B-pop tunes in DIVE Vol. 2, which follows his 2017 EP, DIVE Vol. 1. With so much music on offer, it was a tough choice to select our List Pick, but with its subtle tropical rhythms and floor-filling beat, ‘All Falls Down’ is an obvious soundtrack for those Friday feels. Dan Miz’ charismatic vocal glides onto the scene, in perfect admiration of another, over the plush production. Speaking about the moment that inspired ‘All Falls Down’, Miz says: "When making this track, I pictured myself at a club 3AM. The relaxed bass line is something that you can feel through the floor. I wrote this track while walking home from an event, the melody line came to me first and the words followed. I heard the chorus over and over in mind for weeks before executing the idea.
